One-to-One Coaching Sessions
Our online coaching and mental health support sessions are tailored to your individual challenges. We take a practical, results-focused approach to help you find clarity, confidence, and momentum in your everyday life through confidence coaching.
Unlike many counselling or coaching services that focus purely on talking, The Antidote provides structured, goal-oriented sessions that create visible progress.
Every one-to-one plan is bespoke, combining lived experience with proven techniques to help you move forward with purpose.

Confidence and Social Anxiety Group Support Programme
We offer a group coaching programme with in-person groups in Oxford and London, as well as online options. These programmes cater to adults and young adults aged 14–17.
Each programme runs for 6 weeks, with 2-hour weekly sessions designed to build confidence step by step. Participants also have the option to stay connected between sessions through a WhatsApp group chat — encouraging real social interaction in a safe, supportive space.
Our group coaching is a unique and practical alternative to traditional counselling or therapy, helping you overcome social anxiety and build authentic confidence in real time, together with others, while forming lasting connections. Our groups are intentionally designed to be experienced with others — because working on personal challenges together creates connection, accountability, and real transformation.
